  Truss

Lattice girder often used in permanent precast concrete formwork to in-situ slabs, lattice girders provide rigidity to the unit and acts as a mechanical fixing between the precast formwork and the in-situ concrete.

Lattice girder floors or half-slabs comprise a thin reinforced precast concrete slab with cast in lattice girders and which are provided with an in-situ concrete topping. This most frequently used reinforced floor type is used for all applications in residential and commercial construction. The fundamental benefits are amongst other things a high-quality product at a reasonable price, extreme dimensioning versatility and rapid on installation.

Truss Girder

Lattice or Truss Girders are mainly used for the prefabrication of concrete planks, a medullar element in the Hallow Block floor Slab System for constructing concrete slabs. Truss Girders have a triangular shape, are electro-welded and have three deformed longitudinal bars (one upper and two lower). They are joined by a smooth diagonal bar in a zig-zag pattern.

The solution decreases the time and losses during the building period.

Truss Deck

Steel bar truss slab deck is the combined another plate that has the steel bar truss slab deck processed in the factory into reinforcement truss which is welded as integrity with galvanized profiled steel deck.

Used for in-situ concrete structure construction, steel construction, concrete precast wall elements, high-speed railway sleepers among a variety of fields, in factories, office buildings, hotels, residential, municipal platform, airports, train stations, power station, railways, viaducts and other projects are widely used.
